Chrome/Edge Installation

Install from Chrome Web Store

1. Open Chrome Web Store
2. Search for "Enjoy Echo" or visit extension page
3. Click "Add to Chrome"
4. Confirm installation
5. Extension will appear in browser toolbar after installation

Manual Installation (Development Version)

1. Download extension ZIP file
2. Extract files to local directory
3. Open Chrome, go to chrome://extensions/
4. Enable "Developer mode"
5. Click "Load unpacked"
6. Select extracted folder

Firefox Installation

Install from Firefox Add-ons

1. Open Firefox Add-ons website
2. Search for "Enjoy Echo" or visit extension page
3. Click "Add to Firefox"
4. Confirm installation
5. Extension will appear in browser toolbar after installation

Manual Installation (Development Version)

1. Download extension XPI file
2. Open Firefox, go to about:addons
3. Click gear icon, select "Install Add-on From File"
4. Select downloaded XPI file

Post-Installation Setup

First Launch

1. After installation, click extension icon
2. Follow prompts to complete initial setup
3. Log in to your Enjoy account (optional)

Permission Settings

Extension may require the following permissions:

• Access website content - Work on YouTube and Netflix
• Storage permission - Save learning data
• Microphone permission - Recording function (optional)

Basic Configuration

1. Select learning language
2. Configure AI services (if needed)
3. Adjust interface settings

Verifying Installation

Check Installation

1. Visit YouTube or Netflix
2. Open a video
3. Should see Enjoy extension interface
