Dictation Mode helps you improve listening and spelling skills through dictation training.

What is Dictation Mode

Dictation Mode is a dictation training mode that:

• Plays audio content
• Requires you to type what you hear
• Checks accuracy in real-time
• Provides detailed feedback

Enabling Dictation Mode

Basic Operations

1. Select a subtitle segment in sidepanel
2. Click Dictation Mode button
3. Or use shortcut to enable
4. Input box will appear, ready for input

Selecting Content

• Select subtitle segment to dictate
• Can adjust segment range
• System will play selected content

Performing Dictation

Input Content

1. After playing audio, type what you hear in input box
2. Can pause playback to input
3. Click "Check" button after input is complete

Real-time Feedback

• Shows real-time accuracy during input
• Incorrect words are highlighted
• Provides immediate correction suggestions

Accuracy Feedback

Scoring System

• Overall Accuracy - Percentage score
• Word Accuracy - Accuracy for each word
• Spelling Errors - Mark misspelled words

Viewing Results

• Shows comparison between correct answer and your input
• Incorrect words marked in different colors
• Provides detailed error analysis
